Coldwell Banker Commercial Places Fifth in the 2010 Lipsey Company Top Commercial Real Estate Brands Survey
Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates LLC recently announced it placed fifth among all commercial real estate brands in the prestigious Lipsey Company Most Recognized Commercial Real Estate Brands survey.
The annual survey lists the Top 25 most recognizable commercial real estate brands in the United States and the final rankings are all based on the number of votes each individual brand receives.
The results are reflective of the ballots from a variety of sources made up of more than 50,000 practitioners and industry leaders from REITs, Institutions, Mortgage Bankers, Commercial Brokers, Asset Managers, Property Managers and related professionals surveyed.
Based on all the votes submitted, Coldwell Banker Commercial ranked as the fifth most recognized brand in the commercial real estate industry, up three places from its 2009 ranking.
