(Peachtree City, Ga. June 21, 2010) - Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, the oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South region of Atlanta, Ga. today announced the acquisition of prominent local commercial real estate brokerage, Coldwell Banker Commercial Terra Firma, based out of Peachtree City, Ga.

The new company will be known as Coldwell Banker Commercial Bullard (www.cbcBullard.net) and will give the long established Coldwell Banker Bullard organization its first dedicated commercial real estate practice under its corporate umbrella.

The new company will be lead by Jim Fulton, who is also the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's residential office in Peachtree City. Fulton has over 38 years of residential and commercial real estate experience and was Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty Associates prior to its acquisition by Bullard Realty. The commercial company will be headquartered in the current Coldwell Banker Bullard Peachtree City building

With several years of experience serving this region, Jubin is recognized throughout the Atlanta market as a top commercial real estate specialist. He holds the Certified Commercial and Investment Broker (CCIM) designation and is a specialist in office, land, and general commercial real estate. Fulton stated that "Jubin's experience in commercial and corporate real estate will move the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand forward very quickly and provide quality mentoring and assistance to all our agents." Merging the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand and its state-of-the-art marketing and technology tools with the strong name recognition of the Bullard organization will appeal to both commercial real estate brokers and clients throughout the area."

Fulton added that the new commercial operation has plans to quickly add experienced regional commercial real estate brokers to Coldwell Banker Commercial Bullard and that this new commercial operation will give the Bullard residential offices with over 250 agents the opportunity to refer commercial transactions.

Coldwell Banker Commercial has more than 200 offices and 2,300 commercial real estate professionals nationwide. It recently placed fifth among all commercial real estate brands in the prestigious Lipsey Company Commercial Real Estate Brands survey.
